Requirements

Must:
- Strong programming skills in Node.js or a similar backend language. - Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) with a focus on automated testing. - Experience owning backend systems in production environments. - Comfort working directly with clients to gather requirements and debug issues. - Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to understand the root cause of complex issues. - Clear communication skills, both in writing and on calls.
