Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with a strong software engineering background (backend or full stack).
- You should have proven experience with Python and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, and production deployments is essential.
- A passion for AI and LLMs is highly desirable, and personal or GitHub projects in this area would be a significant plus.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university is required.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to design and deploy scalable agentic applications using Python (and ideally JavaScript/TypeScript).
- You will build and maintain microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure will be part of your role.
- Collaboration with AI specialists to deliver next-generation AI solutions will be key to your success.
- You will need to stay hands-on with code daily, even at a senior level.
- As a Senior Engineer, you will mentor others, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to high-level architecture and design.
Description
I am pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £135,000, along with benefits such as equity and bonuses. The role is hybrid, with the flexibility to work 1-3 days per week in our London, Edinburgh, or soon-to-open Manchester office.
