Requirements
Must:
- 2-7 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong backend or full-stack skills, preferably in Node.js / TypeScript ecosystem
- Experience in building and shipping features end-to-end
- Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and distributed systems
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts
- Experience in high-growth startups, fintech, or regulated environments is a plus
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where ownership is expected
Responsibilities
- Build integrations, APIs, and systems connecting enterprise clients to our platform
- Spend 70-80% of time creating new systems from scratch, including APIs, data pipelines, and integration layers
- Work directly with client stakeholders to scope, deliver, and present solutions
- Contribute to lightweight frontend components (portals, onboarding flows)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and meet operational needs
