Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience building production-grade systems in Python
- Proficiency in integrating AI/LLM services via APIs
- Familiarity with modern agent frameworks and agentic systems
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Experience in creating scalable, high-performance AI solutions
- Strong interest in AI Engineering, Generative AI, and real-world application of LLMs
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate across disciplines
- Experience leading technical projects and owning architecture (for more senior candidates)
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered tools and agentic workflows
- Develop scalable cloud-based systems supporting drug discovery and development
- Automate complex knowledge work such as literature review and data extraction
- Work closely with ML researchers, engineers, and scientists in a collaborative setting
- Integrate and deploy LLMs and agent-based solutions into production
- Continuously improve development, testing, and deployment processes
- Contribute to the design of orchestration frameworks and APIs
