Must:
I am looking for someone with strong proficiency in C++. You should have in-depth knowledge of the Chromium open-source project, including custom build processes, extension APIs, and localisation. Proven experience in browser or similar systems-level development is essential. Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills are a must, alongside a passion for security, privacy, and delivering high-performance software. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance features within a Chromium-based browser. You will implement and optimise security and privacy enhancements while collaborating closely with browser extension teams for seamless integration. Writing clean, efficient, well-documented C++ code will be a key part of your job. You will also monitor and troubleshoot performance and security issues, and contribute to code reviews, testing, and quality assurance efforts.

I am excited to offer a salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, with a performance bonus of up to 10% annually.
