- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience working in schools or education environments (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Trusts IT systems across six primary schools
- Provide technical support for staff and leadership teams
- Assist with the management and development of the Trusts IT infrastructure
- Maintain and support the Bromcom school management system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Support the rollout of new technology and digital learning initiatives
- Assist with safeguarding, security and data protection within school IT systems
