Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, marketplace, or HR-tech
- Track record shipping consumer-facing or B2B2C products, particularly onboarding and activation flows
- Hands-on with data: comfortable writing SQL, reading funnels, and designing experiments
- Strong product taste and UX intuition — you sketch before you write specs
- Experience with AI/ML-powered features is a plus; curiosity and willingness to learn is essential
- Based in Europe or comfortable working CET ±2 hours
- Fluent in English; any additional European language is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the candidate platform, from CV intelligence to job matching and application tracking
- Run discovery continuously: user interviews, funnel analysis, competitive research, and rapid prototyping
- Ship iteratively with engineering in weekly cycles
- Design and run experiments to improve candidate engagement, profile completion, and match accuracy
- Define the metrics framework and build the dashboards to track it
- Work with AI/ML to improve how we extract evidence from CVs and match candidates to opportunities
- Be the voice of the candidate in every decision
