Requirements

Must:
- You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing 2nd line technical support, ideally while working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). - You will need to have 2 years of experience with Cloud Storage solutions and Microsoft Windows Server. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Maintenance for at least 2 years is required. - A strong understanding of networking and troubleshooting, including basic knowledge of IP addresses and DNS. - You should be reliable, honest, and possess a flexible working attitude. - A valid work authorization for the United Kingdom is necessary. - You should be willing to travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

- You will provide 2nd line technical support to our key clients while maintaining a high degree of client service to ensure responses are accurate. - As the initial point of escalation for our 1st line team, you will need to manage escalations, fully understand the problem, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs. - You will take overall responsibility for the progression and effective resolution of all support cases, aligning with our SLAs and KPIs. - You will manage client accounts from a technical perspective, contributing to and improving our internal knowledge base. - Mentoring our 1st line engineers will be part of your role, alongside producing documentation for client systems and weekly playbooks for senior management. - You will assist in onboardings of clients and their teams, ensuring a positive customer experience.
