Requirements
Must:
- You will be a dedicated and experienced IT Support engineer with at least 3 years of experience, ideally working for an MSP.
- You must be qualified in at least one of the following areas:
- Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
- Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Support Engineer Specialty
- Expertise in:
- Windows Desktop (10, 11), with advanced troubleshooting and administration skills
- Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, Hyper-V) with expert-level troubleshooting
- Active Directory, Group Policies, Terminal Services, DHCP, AD Domain services, MFA Server, and SSO
- Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint online, and Teams online administration
- PowerShell related to Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting, including diagnosing internet and network issues

Responsibilities
- Serve as a 3rd line service desk engineer on our Central service desk, providing technical support to key clients.
- Maintain a high level of client service, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Act as the ultimate escalation point for our 2nd line team, understanding, resolving, and performing root cause analysis for escalated issues.
- Take ownership of technical escalations and escalate to manufacturers’ support when necessary.
- Follow established escalation processes for critical or high-priority issues.
- Contribute to and improve our internal knowledge base and documentation for both client systems and internal operations.
- Assist the 2nd line team, mentor engineers, and ensure the maintenance of our SLAs and customer satisfaction ratings.
