Requirements
Must:
- A deep understanding of strategies needed to drive a testing approach supporting continuous integration and delivery
- Ability to lead a team of test engineers delivering work across multiple delivery streams
- Self-starting with strong organizational skills for outstanding results
- Experience generating automated test suites for happy and unhappy path requirements
- Proficiency in automated testing of complex web applications with multiple workflows
- Familiarity with Agile teams and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Microsoft Azure DevOps and AutoRabit for Salesforce)
- Useful knowledge of nCino, Salesforce, Azure APIs, or Thought Machine Vault
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Postman or AccelQ
- Full coverage experience in Functional, Regression, Load, Performance, Security, and Persona-based testing
- Background working in enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, especially Azure
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with DevOps procedures and processes in Agile settings
- Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality releases and adherence to internal and external standards through manual and automated testing
- Take ownership of the test strategy and approach across the organization while leading the test engineering team
- Define and oversee the test strategy for major projects and programs within the portfolio
- Lead the management and development of test engineering capabilities and their evolution within Together
- Collaborate with engineering teams to select, deploy, and operationalize the appropriate test tools to support Togethers strategy
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to build and deliver essential products needed for the business
