Requirements
Must:
- 8 years as a data centre design manager or in mission-critical facilities
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background
- Experience as technical authority over external designs
- Exposure to high-density or HPC environments
- Experience with design & build delivery models
- Chartered Engineer status (nice to have)
- Knowledge of sustainable design and DCIM systems (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the organizations reference architecture and technical standards
- Review and approve third-party designs across all MEP disciplines
- Lead decisions on power architecture, cooling strategies, and system resilience
- Support construction and commissioning teams with technical problem-solving
- Ensure designs are fit for long-term operation and performance
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and standardization strategy

This senior leadership role is for an experienced data centre design manager who wants to own technical design governance, influence strategy, and scale a next-generation platform.
