- Mentor future engineers as the team grows
Description
We are a pioneering AI startup that has developed a novel machine learning foundation model capable of achieving 100% automation in the development of control software, requiring no supervision and no debugging, making it instantly deployable. This is a founding engineering role where the Lead Software Engineer will be one of the first dedicated technical hires, playing a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy, architecture, and engineering culture. Located in West London, we offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £150,000 plus equity options.
