Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure
- Strong understanding of DNS/DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Knowledge of tools like RMM platforms, SentinelOne, Mimecast, or WatchGuard is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line technical support to a growing customer base
- Manage a wide range of support tickets on our support desk
- Ensure clear communication and resolution for clients
- Onboard new customers and conduct occasional site visits
- Help optimize IT systems and services
- Work with a broad tech stack including networking tools and security platforms
