Requirements
Must:
- I require 5 years of experience in IT operations.
- I need strong expertise in Windows Server, SQL, virtualization, and Cisco Networking (certifications preferred).
- You should have experience managing Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and ERP environments (Syspro ERP is desirable).
- Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks, IT service management, and cloud technologies is necessary.
- I expect a proven ability to manage external vendors and IT contracts effectively.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong team-building and continuous improvement skills is essential.
Responsibilities
- I will oversee the day-to-day running of IT services, ensuring minimal disruption and high performance.
- You will maintain IT systems to meet the highest security and regulatory standards.
- Establishing monitoring systems, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing improvements will be part of your tasks.
- I expect you to lead IT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and minimal impact on business operations.
