- Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and consistent, applying standards and best practice. - Build and maintain CRM segments and distribution reports that provide actionable insights. - Manage workflows and communications for targeted campaigns, monitoring performance metrics. - Translate business objectives into effective CRM activity in collaboration with various teams. - Provide guidance, training, and resources for confident and consistent CRM usage. - Collaborate to optimize processes that improve client onboarding, engagement, and relationship management. - Support opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and activity reporting for decision-making. - Identify enhancements for CRM processes, functionality, and overall value to the firm. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver high-quality communication initiatives.
