Requirements

Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business analysis, commercial finance, or similar analytical role, ideally within wholesale or retail. You should have strong Excel skills and proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and dashboard creation. The ability to translate data into clear, insightful commentary and actionable recommendations is essential. Experience using SAP and Business Objects is an advantage. Strong communication skills are required, with the capability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst in our North Europe Business Intelligence team, I will rely on you to prepare and manage bi-weekly and monthly order forecasts, consolidating inputs from multiple commercial teams. You will produce daily order performance reports that highlight key metrics and trends. Additionally, you will develop, automate, and maintain both weekly and monthly reports to support decision-making. Partnering with different teams, you will deliver regular and ad hoc analyses tailored to our business needs and produce monthly external reports for key customers. Serving as the reference point for customer segmentation and reporting, it will be your responsibility to ensure data accuracy within SAP and Business Objects while proactively identifying discrepancies. You will also contribute to cross-functional commercial and financial projects that support strategic initiatives, meet all group reporting deadlines, take ownership of issue resolution and continuous improvement, and support ad hoc analysis and presentations as required.
