Must:
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with proven experience in IT support and infrastructure roles. You should have strong technical skills in Azure, Windows Server, M365, Intune, networking, and all-around IT support. Excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential, along with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
In this dynamic, project-heavy role, I will lead and support IT infrastructure projects across multiple global sites. I will deliver high-quality technical support and solutions using Microsoft cloud-based services such as Azure, M365, and Intune. Additionally, I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and consolidate IT environments. As a key contact for European technology operations, I will ensure smooth service delivery and foster innovation.
Description
This is a fully remote position, allowing me to work from anywhere, with occasional travel for onboarding and special projects.
