Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand, diagnose, and assist in a busy support environment
- Proficient in PC use, including Word, Excel, and email
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Reside locally in Watford for easy commuting to the office
- An interest in technology is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Resolve support requests through investigation, fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Create a detailed audit trail of support requests on the CRM system
- Liaise with mobile network providers
- Provide exceptional service to all customers
- Assist internal and external teams with any queries
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
