Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand, diagnose, and assist in a busy support environment.
- Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and email.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must reside locally in Watford for commuting to the office.
- An interest in technology is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve support requests through investigation, fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
- Create an audit trail of support requests in the CRM system.
- Liaise with mobile network providers.
- Provide a high level of service.
- Assist internal and external teams with any queries.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
