Requirements

Must:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within B2B healthcare software or digitally connected medical devices. - Familiarity with interventional or surgical workflows, including documentation systems and imaging environments. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development - from ideation through to release and iteration. - Strong background in user research, requirements gathering, and systems definition. - Agile or Scrum certification, with hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to be on-site in London as needed.

Responsibilities

- Setting the product vision, goals, and success measures in partnership with leadership. - Managing and refining the product backlog, balancing clinical value, technical feasibility, and business outcomes. - Leading Agile ceremonies and supporting teams through sprint planning, prioritization, and release cycles. - Gathering insights through user research, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis to inform future developments. - Collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver compliant, high-performance digital and embedded products. - Supporting full lifecycle management - from concept and prototype to launch, feedback, and iteration. - Building strong partnerships across global teams and ensuring clear communication throughout the product journey.

In this pivotal role as a Principal Product Specialist/Agile Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and backlog, aligning each development step with our strategic goals and the needs of clinicians and patients. Your work will be essential as we continue to expand our pioneering video and analytics platforms into new regions and interventional settings. This is a temporary-to-permanent position for six months, with an expected transition to permanent employment in June 2026. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00, with a hybrid working model that includes on-site days in our Central London office. We do require a medical background for this role, but please reach out to us for information regarding other Product roles without specific industry requirements.
