Responsibilities
- Assist with support ticket resolution as part of a team
- Support the joiner/leaver/mover process
- Take ownership of mobile device management
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Administer cloud and on-premises IT systems
- Provide IT equipment and conduct inductions for colleagues
- Communicate with colleagues about the progress of support incidents
- Participate in project work
