Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- I expect good communication skills at all levels.

- You must reside locally in Watford to commute to the office.
Responsibilities
- I need you to build both Windows machines and Macs.
- You will troubleshoot user issues on Windows and Macs.
- Supporting MS Office products will be part of your role.
- You will create, manage, and delete user accounts across all systems as required using Active Directory and 3rd party systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Providing printer and email support to users is essential.
- Desktop and laptop builds and patching will be your responsibility.
- You will set VPN access and troubleshoot issues experienced by existing VPN users.
- Supporting the office WiFi and network is also required.
- You will provide support with mobile phones, including Android and iOS.
- Tracking your work through the ticketing system is an essential task.
