Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support
- Strong customer service skills
- Own transport and commutable to HQ
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Hands-on experience with provisioning and deploying Microsoft 365
- Administering Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
- User management, licensing & security policies
- Troubleshooting mailbox, sync & authentication issues
- Active Directory & Group Policy management
- Strong working knowledge of SME cloud environments
- Confident in diagnosing and repairing PC, laptop & Mac issues
- Windows & macOS troubleshooting
- Virus/malware removal
- Email troubleshooting (POP/IMAP & Exchange)
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments independently
- Provision and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions
- Administer Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
- Oversee user management, licensing & security policies
- Troubleshoot mailbox, sync & authentication issues
- Manage Active Directory & Group Policy
- Provide hardware and software support for PCs, laptops & Macs
- Troubleshoot Windows & macOS issues
- Perform virus/malware removal and email troubleshooting
- Utilize remote support tools effectively
