IT Support Analyst

We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience, particularly in first-line support or helpdesk roles. A strong technical mindset with troubleshooting skills is essential. You should possess good time management abilities, attention to detail, and the capability for clear communication along with excellent interpersonal customer service skills. We value self-motivated, quick learners who can multitask and work independently or as part of a team. A flexible approach to work is necessary, along with experience working with Windows operating systems and Office 365. Proficiency in English literacy, especially in translating technical language into plain English, is required. We seek trustworthy individuals who are not afraid to ask for help when needed. The ideal candidate will be a confident decision-maker, demonstrating sound judgment while being structured and organized to handle competing pressures of immediate queries and day-to-day tasks. A desire and experience for improving processes and controls through creative thinking, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills, are also needed.
