- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in creating test scripts and support materials
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end requirements phase for Change Requests and Projects
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, group sessions, and user observations
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of stakeholder needs to provide solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Produce detailed designs, including data flows and program specifications
- Identify early risks, issues, and dependencies during the requirements phase
- Communicate and interpret requirements to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and functional teams for coordinated project implementation
- Manage cross-project dependencies and constraints effectively
- Challenge assumptions and pursue issue resolution while communicating project status to all parties
