Must:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or Technician role.
- Proficiency in administering and supporting the full Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) in a multi-user environment.
- Hands-on expertise in deploying, diagnosing, and maintaining Windows 11 operating systems and associated hardware (desktop/mobile).
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical advice for staff and management.
- A logical, methodical approach to complex problem-solving and a relentless commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, you will ensure the stability and security of our technology environment. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt, high-quality 1st and 2nd line support across all sites, owning technical issues through to resolution to minimize disruption to frontline care.
- Maintaining the stability, security, and integrity of our entire Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online).
- Configuring and securely deploying new hardware (desktops, laptops, mobiles), ensuring all systems operate on modern platforms (e.g., Windows 11) with a focus on enterprise security standards.
- Actively participating in strategic projects, including new technology evaluation, digital process automation, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining robust technical documentation and operational guides for internal IT use and for end-users.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Technician to work at the heart of our digital environment. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. A full, valid UK Driving License is essential due to multi-site responsibilities, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
