Must:
We are seeking a self-motivated individual for the Data Integrations Support and Projects Officer role. Ideal candidates will have practical experience in an IT support environment and a solid understanding of troubleshooting data integrations. Experience working with APIs in a business process automation context is essential. You should be comfortable navigating various cloud and digital platforms while providing support to end users. Strong communication skills are important; you need to explain complex information in simple terms to non-IT colleagues. Additionally, we are looking for analytical thinkers who can solve problems, have up-to-date technical knowledge across a wide range of platforms, and are willing to develop new skills and embrace new technologies. Lastly, excellent customer care skills and the ability to manage and prioritize workloads are crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support and develop data integrations across our digital platforms, including CRM and websites. You will be part of the IT team assisting colleagues from across the Wildlife Trusts federation with their data integration needs. Your contributions will help us combat the climate and nature emergency through effective use of technology and data.
