Requirements
Must:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence with Excel and general computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for SAP Business One queries and issues
- Assist in maintaining and improving our SAP B1 system across the Group
- Collaborate with BI Analysts to update reports and improve data processes
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, and perform regular housekeeping
- Support larger SAP-related projects and manage support tickets via Freshdesk
- Help document BI processes and load/monitor data in SAP B1

We are passionate about data and eager to kickstart your career in tech. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Technician Apprentice to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP Business One, contribute to real-world projects, and earn while you learn! In this role, you will learn how to source, format, and present data securely and effectively, techniques for analysing structured and unstructured data, and how to blend data from multiple sources while applying basic statistical methods. You will also develop cross-checking techniques to ensure data quality and accuracy, as well as communication skills tailored to different audiences. As part of our organization, you will receive a Level 3 Data Technician qualification, mentorship from experienced BI professionals, real-world experience with SAP Business One, and enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and progression within the company.
