Requirements
Must:
- Strong, recent experience with Dynamics 365
- Involvement in solution design rather than just configuration or support
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps
- Ideally some exposure to Power Automate
- Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead
- Ownership of High Level Design and Low Level Design
- Evidence of making and owning technical decisions
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders
- Experience running workshops and shaping solutions
- Familiarity with integrating D365 and Power Platform with Azure
- 5 years continuous UK residency for security clearance
- British citizenship or settled status
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Own end-to-end solution design
- Run workshops and whiteboarding sessions
- Translate business needs into practical architecture
- Set design standards, guardrails, and direction
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery
