Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with both hands-on expertise and leadership skills in the following areas:
- 5+ years managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments with over 6,000 users.
- 3+ years leading technical teams in a workplace or infrastructure setting.
- Strong knowledge of M365 services, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Experience delivering large-scale user and data migrations.
- Solid automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this key leadership role, I will expect you to:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and specialists.
- Oversee the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Manage end-user devices and lifecycle processes, including Intune, Autopilot, and MDM.
- Deliver large-scale migrations, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Define and implement security and compliance policies across the M365 ecosystem.
- Introduce automation and self-service capabilities to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for workplace technology, collaborating closely with IT leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Microsoft developments and industry trends.
