Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years industry experience as a Software Tester performing manual and automated tests.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving background.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision maker.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Capable of engaging at all levels.
- Ability to handle complex issues whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must have a desire to learn, self-reflect and improve.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing according to requirements.
- Ability to analyse requirements and design relevant test cases.
- Enhance existing automated BDD testing suite.
- Work closely with stakeholders from each project and build relationships.
- Identify gaps in requirements and provide input for risk assessments.
- Develop and follow testing metrics.
- Must be proactive.
