Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience of 2nd line/ desktop support
- Experience of supporting Microsoft packages (MS Office 365, Endpoint, Exchange, Windows 10 & 11)
- Strong LAN/WAN and Active Directory skills
- Degree in IT
- Ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Full UK driving license
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line desktop support for various sites across our park locations
- Resolve broad-ranging issues across hardware, software, and network technologies
- Work in a Microsoft/Windows-based environment, particularly with Office 365, Outlook & Exchange, and Active Directory
- Contribute to key IT projects, including Windows 11 rollout, ongoing cloud migration, and Cyber Security programs
- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance skills and career progression
Description
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity that manages over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland and historic buildings across eight Royal Parks in London. We are currently undergoing a digital transformation with a cloud-first strategy and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team.
