Requirements
Must:
To be considered for the role of 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will need:
- Significant experience in 2nd line/desktop support.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft packages (MS Office 365, Endpoint, Exchange, Windows 10 & 11).
- Strong LAN/WAN and Active Directory skills.
- A degree in IT.
- The ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- A full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
As our 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line desktop support across various sites in our park locations. Your role will involve working on the support and resolution of a wide range of issues relating to our hardware, software, and network technologies. The environment is primarily Microsoft/Windows based, with a focus on Office 365, Outlook & Exchange, Active Directory, and Endpoint management. You will have ample opportunities to gain in-depth technical experience and will receive continuous training and development to encourage your professional growth. Additionally, you will contribute to key IT projects, including our Windows 11 rollout, ongoing cloud migration, and our Cyber Security program.

We are offering a salary of £33,666 - £39,187 per annum, based on experience, along with 26 days of annual leave plus public holidays (increasing to 29 days after three years of service), a pension scheme, private medical insurance, and learning and development opportunities.
