Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Broad IT experience, ideally in an MSP environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with demonstrable examples
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and communicate effectively at all levels
- Flexible, can-do attitude
- IT qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- Microsoft Certifications are desirable
- Experience with Active Directory Administration
- Experience with Office 365 Administration
- Excellent desktop skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all incidents and service requests within SLA
- Log incidents and requests accurately in the PSA Tool (Autotask)
- Resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
- Record all actions, updates, and time in a clear and concise manner in the PSA Tool
- Ensure call handling, ticket management, and issue resolution meet required standards
- Escalate incidents to higher levels when unable to resolve
- Create new and update existing Knowledge Articles within the documentation platform (ITGlue)
- Assist with Problem Management activities to reduce unnecessary contacts to the Service Desk
- Focus on providing a positive experience for the end user with every contact
Description
We are offering a position located in the Dublin City Centre with a hybrid work model, allowing for 2 days a week of remote work following an initial 6-week onsite period. The role offers a salary of €35k-€40k/year depending on experience, plus on-call compensation and benefits. We are eager to bring on board a candidate with a strong background in IT support to join our dynamic team.
