Requirements
Must:
- Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
- Proven hands-on Salesforce experience in previous roles (development, configuration, integrations, etc.).
- Strong experience designing and delivering Salesforce integrations, including:
- SAML/SSO
- OAuth flows and configuration within Salesforce.
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred; exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential if not.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Dev I/II).
- Experience with some or all of the following is highly desirable:
- Sales Cloud & CPQ
- Service Cloud
- Data Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
- Define and own the technical architecture across Salesforce platforms.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and best-practice development.
- Lead and oversee a team of Salesforce engineers and consultants.
- Design and implement robust integrations, including SAML for SSO, OAuth flows, and Salesforce-native identity capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions.
- Ensure architectural alignment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging Salesforce innovations.
- Provide technical leadership across project delivery, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
