Requirements

- Solid understanding of tools such as Defender, Intune, and the Microsoft security ecosystem
- Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial thinking
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions
- Shape Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security solutions
- Drive presales opportunities from discovery to proposal
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions translate into successful projects
- Support go-to-market initiatives including events, campaigns, and customer briefings
- Help develop advisory services around Microsoft security strategy, governance, and AI readiness
Description
Were hiring a Modern Workplace & Security Practice Lead to join our growing Microsoft practice and play a key role in shaping customer solutions across Modern Work, Security, and AI readiness. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you will work closely with sales teams, architects, and customers to design practical Microsoft solutions and drive opportunities from discovery through to proposal. Youll join an established team of Microsoft specialists and help bridge the gap between presales, advisory, and delivery. We offer an attractive six-figure package and the flexibility of hybrid/remote working anywhere in Ireland.
