Requirements
Must:
- Strong Power BI development experience
- Good SQL and data modelling skills
- Experience working with Microsoft BI tools
- Comfortable working with existing/legacy solutions
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
- Nice to have: Power Apps or Power Automate experience
- Nice to have: ERP integration experience
- Nice to have: SAP knowledge
- Nice to have: Python for data tasks
Responsibilities
- Resolve backlog items across BI and automation
- Improve performance and reliability of Power BI reports
- Refactor and improve Power Platform solutions
- Reduce technical debt in reporting and workflows
- Support cloud migration of reporting systems
- Assist with reporting architecture improvements
- Improve ERP data integration and automation
Description
We are hiring a BI Engineer / Power BI Developer to support a global manufacturing groups EU technology hub. The role focuses on improving existing reporting and automation solutions while supporting longer-term BI projects. Our organization is investing heavily in various digital systems and aims to implement the latest reporting services and capabilities effectively. This is a remote-first contract with optional office access and offers an excellent daily rate. We provide the opportunity to improve and modernize a global BI environment with a mix of optimization work and new initiatives, ensuring a strong chance for long-term engagement.
