Requirements
Must:
- Conceptual knowledge in Networks and Network Security
- Experience working with Checkpoint Firewalls on on-prem and cloud deployments
- Proficiency in IPSEC/SSL VPN
- Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, L2/L3 Switching
- Cisco CCNA Security certification
- Checkpoint Certifications
- Experience working in large business-critical networks and security projects
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and manage Check Point firewalls and security solutions
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex issues
- Support solution design when required
- Collaborate with peers, knowledge share, and contribute to a strong team culture
Description
We have an exclusive requirement for a Network Security specialist with one of our long-standing clients in Dublin, Ireland, offering a very flexible hybrid schedule. As a Network Security Engineer, you will join our Core Networking team as the 5th member of a highly skilled group of engineers, working across complex environments designing, implementing, and supporting the Check Point infrastructure.
