Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in cybersecurity or risk management
- Experience applying security frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR)
- Ability to perform audits, interpret risks, and influence change
- Confident communicator with technical and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of OT/ICS environments or a strong interest in learning (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support a multi-year security rollout across over 200 manufacturing sites
- Ensure consistent security standards and resilience
- Implement and monitor governance, compliance, and security controls
- Manage vulnerability assessments, risk remediation, and incident response
- Align cybersecurity practices with ISO 27001 and NIST standards
- Drive security awareness and best practices across global teams
Description
We are a global company expanding our cyber function as part of a major security transformation. Our new cybersecurity team focuses on strengthening protection across IT and security environments worldwide. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of €70-95k, a 10% bonus, a 5% matched pension, health benefits, and 22 days of paid leave. We are looking for an Information Security Lead to play a strategic and hands-on role, offering global exposure and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
