Requirements
Must:
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing & Switching
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and macOS
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Android and iOS is a big plus (This can be taught to the right candidate)
- Ability to work on-site as part of a small technical team
- Prior data centre experience is beneficial but not essential (training and documentation will be provided)
- No sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support within the data centre environment
- Perform basic debugging and troubleshooting across systems and network components
- Assist with analysis and diagnosis of issues across multiple operating systems
- Support Wi-Fi setup and connectivity troubleshooting
- Work collaboratively with on-site engineers and other global teams to maintain system availability and stability
- Follow established documentation and processes for system management and issue resolution
Description
We are offering a 3-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension to 6 months in Citywest, with a daily rate of €200. Our team consists of experienced engineers who will provide full documentation and hands-on guidance to help you become familiar with the environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical fundamentals who are eager to gain exposure to data centre and infrastructure operations.
