Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 5 years of experience in the information security field.
- You should have at least 3 years of experience in SIEM deployment.
- A strong understanding and hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, Firewalls, EDR, and Vulnerability Management is essential.
- You need the ability to design and implement security solutions effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must.
- I expect you to lead a team of security analysts and engineers.
- Experience with Threat Management is necessary.
- A strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell is required.
- You should have a working knowledge of cloud technologies, Windows infrastructure, and networking.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are favorable.
- It’s a plus if you have experience working in a global SOC or MSP environment.
Responsibilities
- As the Cyber Security Incident Response Team Lead, you will ensure the smooth running of our Security Operations Center (SOC).
- You will be responsible for providing 24x7 service to protect, detect, and analyze all cybersecurity threats and incidents.
- Leading the team of security analysts and engineers to deliver effective incident response and threat management.
- Designing and implementing robust security solutions to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive security strategy.
