Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years Business Analyst experience (mid and senior roles available)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong change management and operational transformation focus
- Solid hands-on experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and business process redesign
- Demonstrable experience working on large-scale change or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and delivery teams
- Experience gathering and managing business requirements in complex environments
- Confident workshop facilitator with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to understand various teams and functions across multi-functional teams along with the associated end-to-end interactions
Responsibilities
- Document, analyse, and redesign complex business processes that impact day-to-day operations
- Engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
- Work on large-scale transformation and change programmes
- Facilitate workshops to gather and manage business requirements
- Provide advice and support to various teams and functions
Description
