Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with proven experience as a Business Analyst in data migration, data quality, or ERP-related projects, with SAP experience being highly desirable.
- I expect strong analytical and documentation skills that enable the translation of business requirements into actionable data specifications.
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation processes is essential.
- I value excellent stakeholder management abilities, allowing you to work effectively across business functions and technical teams.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation programmes, preferably within SAP or other ERP platforms, is important.
- I need detail-oriented, structured, and proactive individuals who have a strong focus on quality and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will analyze and document in-scope data objects, including customers, vendors, materials, stock, and financial balances.
- You will define mapping, transformation, and cleansing requirements in alignment with programme standards.
- It will be your responsibility to partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to address data quality issues, drive cleansing activity, and secure sign-off.
- You will support mock loads, data reconciliation, and defect resolution activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Progress tracking, reporting, and providing insights into programme governance forums will be part of your duties.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that business-critical data is migrated seamlessly into SAP.
