Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years in frontend development (React/TypeScript a must)
- 2+ years in a people/team leadership role
- Proven experience delivering complex web apps at scale
- Passion for implementing TDD practices
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve our frontend systems
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend engineers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Define best practices and ensure clean, scalable code
- Champion performance, accessibility, and user experience
Description
We are looking for a Principal Frontend Developer who has people leadership experience to own our web experience, guide frontend engineering standards, and elevate our product to a whole new level. You will be the tech authority and a human connector, driving performance, code quality, and culture. You're a leader who codes. You've architected complex frontend systems, led teams through product launches, and mentored developers into rockstars. Now you're ready for the next big challenge.
We also appreciate any experience you may have with SSR, micro-frontends, or design systems, and a keen eye for clean UI and pixel-perfect delivery.
