Requirements
Must:
I am looking for someone with strong experience developing backend systems using C# and .NET. You should have deep knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure, and experience in designing APIs and microservices at scale. A solid understanding of automation testing tools, particularly Playwright, is desirable. Leadership experience is essential, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding engineering teams. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization, and enthusiasm for delivering quality solutions in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will architect and build scalable backend services in C# / .NET. You will drive the adoption of clean coding practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles while mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of growth, learning, and high performance. Collaborating closely with product owners, you will refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also integrate automation testing (using Playwright) and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality. Leading technical discussions, you will set direction on tools, frameworks, and approaches, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, and optimize system performance, ensuring resilience across platforms. Additionally, you will review code and guide engineering standards across the team, contributing to product strategy by aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
