Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of Backend Development experience
- Expertise in C# (.NET 6+ preferred) and SQL Server
- Extensive experience in Test Driven Development (NUnit preferred)
- Advanced version control experience using Git
- Proficient in creating and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Familiar with ORMs (Entity Framework preferred)
- Strong understanding of SOLID and OOP principles
- Experience with Continuous Deployment and Integration
- Knowledge of observability practices (logging, App Insights, metrics, and auditing)
- Expertise in DevOps (CI/CD) and Cloud Services (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with several Design Patterns and good security practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about providing the best possible service
- Team player with a visionary and strategic mindset
