- Commitment to maintaining and improving engineering practices and software quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the initiative has a coherent Definition of Done for all features.
- Communicate complex problems accurately to the team.
- Exhibit cross-functional behavior by supporting other competencies within the company.
- Propose new technologies, processes, or tools to improve efficiency while considering future maintenance costs.
- Make realistic commitments and strive to meet them.
- Maintain and improve software quality through practices like TDD, Pairing, Peer Review, and Static Analysis.
- Support the product owner and Development Lead with development lifecycle estimates.
- Assist the QA in identifying, describing, and resolving defects.
- Collaborate with the BA in elaborating requirements.
- Take responsibility for the entire delivery lifecycle from idea to operation.
- Manage personal training requirements.
