Requirements
Must:
- Experience operating in a similar role with change management skills to support and drive user adoption.
- Experience using the ERP system from IFS, ideally version 10.
- IFS cloud migration experience.
- Proven ability to provide strong initiatives, establish personal goals, and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines.
- Proven ability to function in a dynamic environment subject to spontaneous changes in schedules and priorities.
- Experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of GCP, cGMP, and/or ICH guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IFS ERP system.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and development teams to resolve issues that cannot be resolved in-house.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users and suppliers.
- Maintain security administration of the ERP system and ensure users have proper access levels to the appropriate functionality.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for end users, including user manuals for staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to software licensing rules and maintain careful records.
- Respond promptly to end user and management needs and meet all SLAs.
- Provide internal and external support to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Analyze software application issues and determine effective course of action to improve operational functionality.
- Participate in after-hours support during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Lead the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new modules and upgraded software.
- Interface with software vendors for any application bug resolution or application maintenance issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing and evaluation of new product features.
- Participate in routine meetings related to the ERP system and core IT Operational systems.
- Proactively anticipate issues and make recommendations operating to the highest of standards complying with company policies and procedures.
