Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and compliance/security features.
- Experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, or MD-102) or willingness to pursue them.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a non-technical way.
- A curious mindset, a willingness to learn and a drive to make technology work better for people.
Responsibilities
- Manage and advance our Microsoft 365 and cloud environment.
- Support core infrastructure, network, and information security operations.
- Drive Pioneer’s Technology and Data Strategy across the full technology stack.
- Deliver modern workplace solutions and endpoint management.
- Configure networks, enhance security, and provide user support.
