Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting or developing business systems (ERP, CRM, housing, finance, HR, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
- Comfortable working in Agile environments or eager to develop Agile experience
- Organized and eager to build technical confidence while handling varied tasks
- Understanding of data quality, security, and good IT governance
- Housing sector or housing systems experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery, configuration, testing, and improvement of key IT systems across the organization
- Work closely with experienced developers and technical leads on real system enhancements
- Help troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations and data flows, and contribute to system upgrades and new feature rollouts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning, and retrospectives to champion continuous improvement
- Produce clear documentation, process maps, and support materials for colleagues
- Collaborate with teams across Tech & Data and the wider business to solve operational challenges
